Not quite right? Return unworn items in their original condition within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

1. Sign in to your account and open the order.
2. Tell us what you’d like to return and why.
3. Pack the hat in its original box and drop it off with the prepaid label.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size is to place a new order and return the original — that way you won’t miss out if stock runs low.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, fascinators with combs and made-to-measure hats cannot be returned unless faulty.
